President Michele Frazier
I am so appreciative and deeply humbled by the opportunity to serve as your 2014-16 President of the Nashville Chapter of Jack and Jill, Inc. The excitement of building upon the hard work of prior officers is exciting and invigorating! The Nashville parents and children are truly awesome, with talents abound. I feel blessed to have your support as we work to fulfill the aims and goals of the organization.
During the next two years, I am asking that we focus on these three core principles:
- Children – All that we do should have the children’s best interests at heart – our children and all children. Let us keep them first and foremost in mind with every decision we make.
- Communication – What a powerful tool to help accomplish all that we wish for our children. Communication tools, speed and frequency must be timely and efficient. Please strive to provide transparency, inclusion and consistency. Those actions will lead to happy membership and a happy chapter.
- Commitment – Be steadfast and follow through with commitments we have made! Do this for yourself and more importantly, for the children. Let’s not allow anyone to sit on the sidelines nor sit there ourselves. Find your niche and put forth the commitment to making our chapter awesome.
What an exciting time for the Nashville Chapter!!!! I am looking forward to working with each and every one of you!
With Jack and Jill love,
Michele I Frazier
